Can anyone let me know what these plants are? What is the best way to move them into another tank? I am a plant noob and dont want to melt these ones.

Thanks in advance.

Plants in 2nd photo are Crypts I think.

second one is hygrophila pinnatifida, it can be tied to drift wood and rocks or planted in soil as you have done :) one of my favs atm

and the first looks like a baby red tiger lotus? but thats a guess

The little lotus might melt a bit when you move it; sometimes they're pretty tough and other times not so much. Be gentle with the roots, try not to break any and if there's a "bulb" make sure you don"t damage it either. The pinnatifida should move easy and like Buck it's one of my new favorites. Awesome plant.

Thanks guys,

Yeah I have been wanting to move these to my tiger tank. The pinnatifida is cool there are two plants and it looks like a couple of smaller ones have started to grow too. I am planning to split the two bigger plants.

I am a little bit hesitant about moving the lotus now. I guess I just have to dig it up with a lot of soil if I do move it.

What would I know, haha.

Be very precautionous with the tiger lotus. I moved one in one of my tank, and it didn't like it at all: the bulb started to rot.
I succeed saving it by just letting it laying on the soil of a plant tank.

The other which sat in my cherry tank and was never moved is trully thriving
