New 4 footer

Its been over two years using the Benibachi soil and its time to change the soil. I have decided to change the old 4ft (divided into 3) to a new 4ft (divided into 4). Extra partition to play with hehehe :)

I have also change the substrate to New ADA Amazonia. Ammonia at the moment is crazy. Doing heaps of water changes.

Using the same sump for the setup as before.

Thanks guys. And still waiting.............. Bahahahaha

Did a second 90% water change yesterday and ammonia has gone down to 1 from 4. Will do a 25% water change at the end of the week and it should be sweet (fingers crossed). Wont be putting in live stocks for another 1-2 weeks after the tank is cycled, just in case but will put some commando shrimps in there to test it out.

Cheers guys.Definitely glad that the shrimps are in now. They were in breeding boxes and a bucket before. Was losing a few shrimps from stress. Just checked the tank and they all seems to be fine, active and looking for food.
