  • Spotted another orange eye Tibee... Both are now berried :-) Didn't realise they were saddled, so not sure who's the male....but they're in my specific pinto tank, so a interesting mic nevertheless...

Absolutely devastated it was beautiful !

I had a blue baby tibee x tibee it was larger than the other one but can't find it so probably died as I pulled that tank down and couldn't see it.

I swear tibee's are the harry houdini's of the shrimp world, I had one that Marcus so generously donated to me only it disappeared without a trace! So I know your pain ineke, it drives you crazy not knowing where it could have gone! No way could have escaped as the tank has lid and rim... and if it died there should be traces of a carcass as it was not a small shrimp.

Great question, have got her and another 12+ tibee SW/GB in a floating box.....deciding what to X with ... X with BB would kinda be boring, so either back to OEBT or KK/WR. What do you think ?

I reckon you should go with the OEBT & try to make a Westcoast/Parramatta shrimp, Pinto with blue body & yellow head! I was thinking about doing this a couple of weeks ago, remember when I was talking to you about program ideas? This was one of them! :victorious:

Some new variation of the Tibee's coming through... apologies for the blurry pics, they're only 6-7mm, and wouldnt keep still, typical juvinile !

I don't know if I am green with envy or blue with desire and knowing that I will never be able to keep these guys. Looking beautiful and cant wait to see them grown up.

Wow that is a great colour. Are those eyes blue? Like it very much !

Awesome stuff BB, that is one promising pinto, I think the ones with thinner stripes look awesome, can't wait to see what this produces.

Put me down for a couple of them Marcus :victorious:

That's almost a Zebra BB.

Talk about my crappy pics?????

Looks awesome BB. your hard works are paying off. Great work Marcus.

Have several different variants and patterns coming through. BUT heading towards the zebra pinto....my program is directed towards the spotted head pinto

Red variant ... not a great pic. Has a white tail ...

Looking very cool BB, love the orange eye's on the first one, looking like you are very close to zebra pinto's. I can't wait to see the results on the spotted head pinto program. :victorious:

Great looking shrimp BB! :encouragement:
