I had the same problem with the strip tests, and sometimes the drop kits aren't much clearer?

You should drip acclimate shrimps (over several hours) as they are much more sensitive than fish. You should also drip new water when you do a water change/maintenance! I use one of these which are made iin US, though I use a latger one which is 1US gallon (4 litres), I expect they are widely available in USA or ebay/amazon etc?

You can rig up your own system, ie tie a knot in some airline or similar etc.

Your Ph  and TDS look pretty good. I would suspect the deaths are probably more likely to be you're not 'acclimating' approapriarely/slowly enough to the tank water by drip!

In regards to the bamboo shrimp, my understanding  is that they much prefer a decent flow in the tank to filter feed, and to mimic their natural stream habitat. I have heard of bamboo shrimp perishing because of low flow so maybe that's a possibility?
