Another interesting read! Excuse my skulking through old posts here but, did anyone actually try casual experimenting with this thesis?

I tried, but it was too difficult without a multitude of tanks. Each with a different temperature and one control tank. Each tank will have a male and female, with no mixing of babies from the other parents.

I Don't have enough tanks for that. Mine are all occupied with shrimp.
