Yeaahh ... nah. The colouring is all wrong. And the rostrum is not what a Crystal Caridina should look like. Even a poor quality CBS should look like this... See the black is concentrated at the carapace, then tail, separated by white or is translucent in poor grades. The black isn't all merged into one from head to tail. The black on the tail has the trademark "tiger tooth" shape. This is what an average CBS should look like... try to match a photo of your shrimp to this one. Side shot, in good light, and in focus. Note the rostrum in the above pic. It helps id shrimps, and I cannot see it in your photos.
