    Grats on your win. I think you are making the right decision. Usually on the Auction they will mention what genetics the shrimp have. If it is pure then I think you shouldnt mix them.

    I was going to add it depends on the background of the shrimp. Until recently most people kept all their TB together and it was hard to find the different patterns/colours that bred true. Now more people have been keeping the colours separate and they have been breeding true for several generations. If your KK come from KK line only then I would keep them separate but if their background is mixed then it doesn't matter. I keep my Bluebolts by themselves as they apparently come from a line that has bred true for 4 generations but the Pandas , KK, RR and RW came from mixed TB parentage so for now they are in a mixed TB tank. If I want to make any mischlings or Tibees I only add the relevant breed female to the TB tank and take them out once berried so my TB remain pure.
