Can't believe the fry are now 4 weeks old and growing well. The largest is 2cm and the smallest about 0.6cm.1 dead this morning -I think from getting siphoned out of the tank yesterday. Checked the water and apart from high nitrates -they had beefheart for lunch and the tank was due for water change - the water was fine 0 ammonia and 0 nitrites. the fry are shown here happily munching on chopped black worms yummy!

So before lights out last night I had a look at the tank to see how everything is going and Dad has decided to let all the juvi Bristlenose out of the cave to explore, all were sitting together on the cave chilling out with Dad next to them, all up so far I have 10 juvenile Short Finned Common Bristlenose, it's the first time I've had fish breed in any of my tanks so I'm pretty happy with that.
