Just found my first Yellow Cherry Shrimp Juvi, I've had YCS for roughly a year perhaps and this is the first juvi I've seen, was pretty happy when I saw the little bugger, been looking all over the tank for more but can't see any, tank is pretty crowded with plants anyway so good luck finding more. Actually, I'm pretty stoked I got a YCS Juvi, haha.

How do you guys go about having the moss to grow at faster rate? Im thinking of setting up another tank outside and leave it in the shade just for growing moss and dosing extra ferts and co2.

That was just my theory, I could be wrong, I was hopeing some one who actually new would chime in haha I was thinking of using Africa as the majority of the substrate and cap it woth amazonia Ii sand because I like the dark substrate look. But yeah thought they would just fight each other resulting in a wast of money on an active substrate.

Having too many shrimp and needing to cull a bunch is a problem I look forward to . I picked up some Stability at lunch and dosed the tank. Hopefully it will kick start my tank's cycle.
