Well it couldn't have been done without your efforts mate. Well done and have a great Xmas all. To all prize winners, please allow for the usual xmas delays in getting your prizes.

So that brings to a close the 12 Days of Shrimpmas Competition!!! Special thanks to The Tech Den, Boss Aquaria and Age Of Aquariums for donating some amazing shrimpy prizes!! We are lucky to have them supporting us all year!! Big thanks to you all for participating and voting! I hope you've all had some fun along the way!! It has been fun to test and retry some of these competitions along the way. It has given us some good templates to work with in future comps!!! A massive thanks to NoGi for suggesting and initiating the competition. It has given many members very special early Christmas presents!!! Have a safe and Happy Christmas!!

Well done everyone, great work Jamie for the massive brain effort & congrats again to all the winners! I think this has to be the first group of comps where Jamie hasn't cleaned up, lol. Although, I think well have to make jayc & Aquathumb part of the comp crew now, hahaha!

Well done guys. Special thanks to the sponsors as well.

I'm deliberately not guessing to give other forum members a chance to share in the generosity. I won a similar prize in Challenge 7, so no use hogging all the prizes. Good luck everyone.

Hi Guys, thought I'd share a picture of my humble little rack of tanks. Small tanks are 20L jobbies i picked up secondhand for next to nothing (they're about $30 new from kmart with a small internal filter haha) Larger tanks are 2x1x1, mixture of guppy breeding and grow-out tanks, currently only one shrimp tank, but planning to pick up another 2x two foot tanks to fill out the rack.

Thanks Jayc Thanks Ineke Thanks Newbreed Been a lot of fun playing in all the competitions. Its really awesome seeing so many ppl making posts in the forums. I really hope this continues. I feel SKF is a great community for the Australian shrimp hobby. Over the last few months since I joined SKF I have met a lot of awesome ppl and learnt a great deal about Shrimp keeping. Everyone is so helpful and very giving. From the Mods to the thousand post veterans I have never been told to look something up myself which is brilliant for noobs like myself. I hope I can give back to SKF as much or more that I feel that SKF has given to me haha. Also must say thank you to the sponsors. I can safely say I have only bought from our sponsors. Between them all you can find any product you would want for your Shrimp and at some of the best prices out there. On top of this they give you discounts just for being a SKF member. I can not recommend them enough, Service is always top notch. Sorry for the wall of text. my TLDR is Thanks to everyone! Ps can anyone recommend which products I should pick never tried this brand before

Still not quite there!!!! I would say people are getting closer, but that would be considered a clue!!! I don't do clues!!

That's an awsome thread man, thanks for letting me know about it.

I hope this pic illustrates your point Shrimpmaster, I found this on the net a few years back & it is the shrimp that I am using as a marker for my goals in breeding red bees. Hopefully Shrimpy Daddy can identify if it is PRL or JRB, my guess is JRB as MK Breed is a Japanese company like Benibachi & their pure line. Enjoy & try not to drool on your keyboards! Lol.
