Allow for self closures of threads once item is sold Block from search engine indexing Competitions Regular Comps - you don't have to have prizes for these - just give bragging rights/e-badge or similar Comps like Shrimp pic of the month Sponsored comps Gallery voting for pic related comps Library Area for consuming content only - i.e. no posting allowed Central source of information - like a knowledgebase Can store static information like Grading, Shipping best practice, CO2 Refil locations, etc... That's about all I can think of that hasn't already been posted
