What's this deficiency?

I have a newly set up tank. About 3 months old.

I has up aqua led and co2 at 2 bubbles at second if not a bit less. The lights are on for 8 hours a day. And dosing 1.3ml to 1.5 ml a day of pps pro?

My rotala h'ra, rotala macranda green and hc have been showing signs of black around the edges of the leave and black spots in the centre. The worst plant with this is the h'ra

yes phosphorus :)

i am using monopotassium phosphate for phosphorus hence too use to calling it phosphate :/
