Zebra Shrimp

Was sent these by mistake (i think, well i didnt order them but im not complaining) in my shrimp order from Bob. Its been 3 days now and the 3 survivors from being posted are all alive and well :) I think there was around 10 in the bag but all but 3 were a lovely bright (but sad) orange colour lol.

I must give these guys another go. I only had half a dozen survive from the last lot I got off Bob. I'm not keeping them in ideal conditions so at least the survivors should be fairly tough.

They are the ones you want John, so go for it and they only need clean water reasonably soft and a stable mid range PH.

Once a week I pop a NLS Optimum H2O flake in the tank and all the shrimp go nuts!

Found the little zebra a beautiful pink orange colour. Sadly this is not a good sign for the little guy. Since he's pretty well and truly dead I siphoned him out and give him to my multies. They were happy at least lol

the other 2 are going guns tho. They are smashing down some crushed trumpet snails :)
