Babies so darn cute

i have been moving my shrimp around today - sorry Squiggs but this was culling and sorting- and in one tank I had put quite a few F2 red Tibees which in themselves are very nice but today quite a few of them are doing the dance with the big boys and it's so funny seeing these tiny little guys swimming round and round the tank. To my eye they are way too small to sex but maybe this is a good way to sex them! Too funny. Down side is I have a lot of red male Tibees so will have to move them again when they are a bit bigger.

I also caught out the last of my F8 Mischling girls to put to Jamie's lovely red TB - they are berried but to other F8 Mischlings anyway while they were being dripped one hatched quite a few babies so so very tiny but so cute - hope they cope I took several hours to acclimatise them as the TDS in that tank is a bit higher than my normal TDS to accomodate the boys. All round a very productive day I now have 6 out of 10 tanks sorted just my CBS to do. I'm very very close to deciding to close down my Black Cherry tank they don't like my low PH and I have so many projects I think it might be time for them to go.

sounds like a fun day! :=): *standard request for pics*  haha

Sounds like a very productive day. And yeah shrimplet pics are always welcome!! :)

They are still a bit small for my camera to pick up. But I will be sharing pictures soon as I'm quite proud of my red Tibees :)

Grats!

Here are a few of the babies -although they look a bit like poor quality CRS in real you can see the tibee stripes so hopefully will look good when a bit older. The other pictures are of a couple of my Reds as adults. I'm working towards a fancy red and a marbled red so still very much a work in progress

thanks Buck I was very excited when they popped up unfortunately they have not held eggs when berried. Their mother is a giant Tibee and she didn't hold eggs for a long time either . I have noticed 2 more babies like them in a tank so hopefully I can use them to strengthen the line.

Love the pics!

Those reds looking very nice. : SLOBBER :
