you need to take it out,

but i doubt take it out manually will totally eradicate those hydra

Hydra...baby shrimp killer when there a lots around. They sting much like a jellyfish with its tentacles. Better rid of them before they multiply (they do this very quickly) and then you'll be in for heartache and headaches.

Look up a product called

Internal Parasite Clear

Will safely kill them without killing your shrimp. I checked out sponsors and they dont seem to have it, unless search bars not working properly. There is plenty of threads on this forum in relation to it being safe and tested.
