PHOTOSHOP!

Nah that's actually pretty cool, I like it.

No way!!!  : SURPRISE :

Even the No-Entry Hinomaru is in half. As if to suggest that it is two completely different shrimp stuck together.

Is it a true CBS, I mean is there a possibility that Mischling genes might be in it's line somewhere?

Red in CBS I'm not surprised about. CRS and CBS are very similar genetics wise. CBS can carry red genes, but the black gene is dominant so the red hardly shows. However, occasionally a rare red one will pop up out of a CBS colony.

But it's strange, if that shrimp is for real - then it suggests that the genes that control colouration on either side of the spine is independent down the central spine. I guess if pattern can be independent, why not colour.

I promise it is for real

He is actually selling it

And it's not a mischling it's a Crs/cbs

Another member on here has one similar

Looks cool i reckon.

Yeah I like it :)

Me too!

Best of both CRS and CBS together.

Love these two faced shrimp. Be great to get them line breeding.

There are a couple like this in Victoria. One KK, extreme one half, panda the other.

They look bizarre yet amazing how it separates straight down the middle. Could be a lot of fun to breed to see the results.

interesting new breed there haha

Two face. I like it.

Amazing shrimp. Out of curiousity, what is the asking price for a shrimp like this?

That is cool

He is asking $200

do you think if you had a couple of shrimp like that and they breed, they will turn out like 2 halfs? or some, or just a high % than normal

ive been watching the auction attempt of this shrimp its... interesting : SILENT :

apparently it’s not a trait that can be line breed

I don't necessarily agreed with that. We have seen overseas that some breeders are getting them to pass on the trait.

rehehearrly! Any links I'd love to see more of them!

It could be a form of conjoined twinning or chimera and not a genetic trait at all, which is rare but not as rare as people may think (eg, there's been quite a few proven humans with multiple sets of DNA connected to different parts of their body, look up Lydia Fairchild as an example she was deemed to not be her three childrens biological parent because the DNA of her skin and hair didn't match)
