NLS Crustacean Formula

Featured Replies

Just wondering if anyone uses this food?

I get to try different foods for my fish and they were there so I bought some! Lol

This food is amongst many I have in the cupboard too :-)

I love NLS I feed it to my fish. Almost bought the shrimp food the other day but spent 350 on new tank setup so I stoped myself lol. Planning on getting it soon.

I am only familiar with the fish formula, but that is a great food! So I think the shrimp food is also high grade!

Can you list the ingredients ?

Whole Antarctic Krill meal, whole herring meal, whole-wheat flour, algae meal, beta carotene, garlic, spirulina, vegetable and fruit extract (spinach, red cabbage, green cabbage, pea, broccoli, red pepper, zucchini, tomato, kiwi, apricot, pear, mango, apple, papaya, peach), vitamin A acetate, DL Alphatocophero (E), D-Activated animal sterol (D), vitamin B 12 supplement, niacin, frolic acid, biotin, thiamine, riboflavin supplement, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium pantothenate, L-ascorby-2-polyphospate (stable C), choline chloride, copper proteinate, ethylenediamine dihydroiodide, cobalt sulfate, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate

;)

This ingredient list is exactly the same as their fish food, except with a different label.

There is nothing special for crustacean.

Not that it's a bad fish food, it's just not crustacean specific.

In fact, shrimp food shouldn't be made from too much fish meal.

This food is made from herring meal.
