How to make water tds down

Featured Replies

How to make the shrimp tank tds down from 250 to 150?

It would be a bit better to give a bit more information before answering this?

What are you trying to achieve here? Do you use RO water and remineralise? Are there shrimps (or any other inhabitants) in this tank and if so what type? and so on.......... the more information the better as the answer is probably fairly straight forward, but will vary according to a lot of variables?

Good job Simon. Finding out more is always a good idea.

@stephenong0288, the more info you can give us the better advise we can give you.

In general, Reverse Osmosis and rain water are good ways of reducing TDS.

Even tap water can be used if your tap water TDS is 150 or below.
