How To Treat

Featured Replies

Had a decent look at the Shrimp tank earlier and noticed a few of what I think are Tubiflex (White Worms), Planeria (Smallish White Thicker Worms), Hydra.

I've been flat out with my new job for the past 2 weeks so all I have been doing is feeding every 2nd day, adding liquid CO2 each morning, adding ferts once a week and about 25% water changes each Sunday, so hadn't really taken all that much notice of the tank in general.

So how do I get rid of these pests?

Cheers.

Hey Crabs

There is a product called No Planeria that will target all the worms and the Hydra. I have heard it is a bit pricey but i think it is safe for shrimp as long as they are not super sensitive. Cherries etc should be ok.
