Hi and thank you for the welcome!

I am new to shrimp keeping, having only dived in back in May. I currently have neo's only, Bloody Marys to be exact. They are doing really well and reproducing quite fast.

I am having issues with water chemistry though, and really havent done much for water changes since setting up the tank for fear of shocking the shrimp. Im in the process of trying to fix this issue by learning more about water chemistry, and Im sure hoping this forum can help. My google searches thus far haven't been very helpful.
