Share some pics of your setup @Hirameki

Hello!

I just have the one tank set up and cycling currently, getting back into fish and shrimp keeping after a bit of a break. There's another tank ready to go once this one is sorted. This photo is from just after set-up, the water has cleared beautifully, and the crypts around the sides are recovering after an initial melt. Any input or advice is more than welcome! I'll hopefully be getting some Rili's for this tank.

Nice and simple ?

Keep the photos coming as it progresses

Well, that was a month ago, and I've just taken this photo now as a comparison...

The Hemanthius I originally placed at the front was a bit of a failed experiment, so it's been replaced with Marsilea Hirsuta, and the Anubias on the right hand side has been moved on top of the driftwood rather than hiding behind it. Ignore the hideous elastic band, hopefully the java moss (another addition) will grip the wood soon and start spreading, I'd hoping for a nice thick covering if I keep it trimmed well enough once it gets going.

Still looking very nice man. Hopefully you can get the carpet going in the next 4 weeks.

Do you have any shrimp in there yet?

Cheers Disciple! There aren't any shrimp in there yet, but hopefully I'll be picking some up in the next couple of days.

Quick question, if I trim the tall stems off the Marsilea, will it promote more sideways growth?
