stc 200 is a cheap chinese temp controller and there are lots of clone models that are made by different factories and rebranded stc 200 200+ 2000 2000A. I would re-check every setting in the admin menu to make sure there are no errors. If the sensor works on the other controller you know its not a broken sensor. Hopefully seller will look after you. If not find out who made it and contact them. If you disconnect the sensor you should see an error light or error code and this will tell you the main processor is at least working.

Apologies if this topic has been covered. A number of my neos, of all colors, display a prominent back stripe (see picture). It is more prominent in some over others. Is this just a genetic trait or is it indicative of a subspecies? Just curious, thanks!
