    This tank has been 14 months in the making. I have not seen my shrimp revert to dull, wild colors. I have gotten some amazing, new, rare shades and patterns like jade, and marble, and koi. A fun way to enjoy the hobby! Have a look, it is quite a rainbow! #shrimplab

    I have seen fish take chunks out of shrimp if the shrimp is too big for the fish to eat whole. They constantly worry the shrimp , pull legs off etc . Even in the best planted tanks shrimp are at risk. Usually it happens after lights out when the shrimp tend to come out and graze. If you can't find anything else keep that in mind - not many fish are truly shrimp safe which is why I got rid of all my fish in the end ?
