Hi guys, Here is what i have done What you need. Fiberglass fly screen. 2 pack baskets from Kmart Hot glue gun Ruler or tape measure Scissors Building. The baskets are from Kmart they come in a twin pack for the bigger ones and a 4 pack for the smaller ones. They are about 2.50 a pack. measure the length and width of your holes that will need to be cut from flyscreen. I make a few at a time so add all your measurements up and then it makes it easier to cut. When cutting the fly screen up try to use the individual squares to keep your cut straight. Now lay them out and hot glue them into place. For shrimp i double the flyscreen to create much smaller hole. Guppy and other fry its just one layer. Leave the hot glue gun on there for long enough that the screen kinda melts into it. You can see the basics in the pictures above. These have a lip on them so they float by them selves, you can add some styrofoam and glue it on to make it less likely to tip over in the tank. But i havent had one fall over. Thanks for reading. To accommodate for those that can design but not build and those that can build but not design, this comp will be open to both formats. Criteria and steps to enter: To enter this competition you will either need to submit a design for a DIY build or a DIY build itself. The scope is fairly open so as long as it can be related to the Aquatic hobby it is fine to enter. Steps to enter: Create a new topic in the appropriate section on SKF Aquatics detailing the DIY project/design Post a link to that topic here Rules: Minimum post count - 5 to enter Can't be a design or DIY that has been published prior to October 2016 Has to be your own work Has to be published here on SKF Aquatics Limitations: For logistical reasons, this will be limited to our Australian members only Sponsored by: 1st Prize: Winner will be selected by SKF staff in consultation with our sponsor Discretionary Prize(s): Whatever comes out of the SKF Aquatics goodies box - these will be Shrimp Keepers Forum branded. End Date: December 2nd, 2016

Boss Aquaria - bossaquaria.com.au, Age of Aquariums - aquariumproducts.com.au, Newbreed Aquatics - newbreedaquatics.com.au and Aquakitz - Aquakitz.com they all sell it. I thought Tech Den sold it as well, but I couldn't find it on their web site. Maybe they sold out of them.

If its been completely dry for a long period of time and it was only in its strand from not actually rooted like a normal plant, then I would think you should be safe from it regrowing. You could always put the sponge in some water out in sunlight and then check it over the course of a week or two to see if the bladderwort regrows.
