Just a few picutres of some TBMM from Tibee and F8 Mischling tanks. I don't know who the parents are but I haven't had any pure TB in these tanks for about 12 months now. I have 3 of the Ruby Red, 3 KK, 2 extreme KK, 8 Bluebolts and several Pandas of varying ages ( some are still a bit small to be 100% sure). I'm really thrilled to see TB back in my tanks after all this time.

So who's interested? I've started to do some backend stuff for this if we can get it off the ground.

May I suggest selective breeding, keeping only fish with your favourite traits, and culling the rest. Shops would usually accept guppies as they are a high selling fish. If you could produce a line of that first fish you'd be onto a winner

I have endlers and even though i love their colours and activity, what I hate about them and its now driving me balmy along with running out of room is the sheer numbers of non stop babies they produce. I have resorted to introducing some much larger rainbow fish to the tank of endlers (its a 4ft so the rainbows arent being squished into a nano tank), to try and "naturally" reduce the numbers of endlers making to adulthood and further breeding. On a side note I have discovered that pacific blue eyes are particularly good at keeping endler numbers in check. In one tank that for over 6 months has had 2 mature female endlers and a very active male endler not 1 endler fry has been seen. Some of mine This was my favourite boy, notice his love heart in the tail.

Not sure what's going on guys but glad we are getting through teething issues with chat now rather than in the middle of an auction. I've raised a support call for it.

Man you'll never guess what my occupation is... Basically brown sections slightly elevated which will create a low area for a tunnel/path under the driftwood in the middle. obviously more plants than what I've put in - Java fern on the trunk, some pelia, rotala and a crypt parvo carpet.

I have been testing the theory about using blood worm to help with saddling on the females. Over the last 6 weeks I have been feeding blood worms once a week. In conjunction with this every two days I have been using a powder mix I make to help with the bio-film and I mix it with tank water and inject it into my mosses. I have found that not only have my females saddled up but also I have more berried females than I have ever had before. This has been tested on rilli, sunkist, Crs, Wilkensi, and ninja shrimp. All are berried. I have also tested it in my cull tank that is inside the house (the one that I have put up on a thread) and they have only been in for a few weeks to test tank parameters. I checked this morning and found at least 4 females berried and I could see three 2mm shrimplets on the glass.

I also actually want to thank the great SKF members I have met through this site for their help, wonderful and imformative advice. It has been great to chat with some members who were more than happy to pass on their knowledge and experiences and support. This is a great site for all shrimp enthusiasts.
