Welcome Luke.

How did you find the taste of the cherry shrimp?

not as good as crystal bay prawns...although still tasty

worst part is peeling them

Hi Luke ,welcome to SKF, Make sure you know what you are doing before you jump into crystal shrimp They are not for the beginner and take a lot of skill, patience, time and $$$ to be successful ( but worth it in the end) Lots of high class Knowledge here to help you on your journey Don't be affraid to ask for help.

thanks for the warm welcome everyone...

im excited to get into the shrimp scene, although i dont know the ins and outs of caring for them yet.

i hope i can get a tank up and running for some crs or cbs soon..

i know they can be hard to care....although differnt from cichlids, i have 30 successful cichlids tanks, i reckon i can learn

Welcome, Luke!

Shrimp keeping is very exciting! There's a lot of great information on this forum and I'm sure you'll pick things up as you go along. CRS are a bit more delicate than Cherries, but as I understand it patience is the key! I'm sure you'll manage ;)
