I was about to post pretty much the exact same thread lol! Just received some peacock moss from Ron, originally from Neo. Thankyou to you both! I've tied mine onto some shrimp tubes just so I dont get it mixed up with JavaMoss by accident later.

Also did the same with a small amount of dubstep/skrillex moss (subwasserbangerrang)

@BristledOne - If you chop the peacock moss up a bit it will grow from all the cut ends as well :encouragement:

It has browned up a fair bit :( 2 lots of shipping and a few days of sitting in a breeder didnt go so well for it but it will come back strong :)

You're welcome mate...It's very nice of Ron himself to pass it on...

Don't worry that the peacock is a little brown. Mosses need time to acclimatised to your tank conditions

+1 on what Squiggs said about cutting up the peacock moss.(increase new fronds). Als8 luckily peacock mosses are of the Taxiphyllum species therefore a quick growing moss..All the best (:
