Hi from Warrnambool, Victoria

My Name is Noel. I live in Warrnambool, a regional centre and former port city on the south-western coast of Victoria. I have been in the aquarium hobby for about three years. I have five aquariums.

• A 150cm plant aquarium.
  
• A 75cm tank for growing on plantlets and cuttings.
  
• A 25 litre tank for cherry shrimp.
  
• A 38 litre tank with crystal reds (A grade only).
  
• A quarantine tank.
  

I plan to increase the number of tanks dedicated to shrimp keeping and breeding and would greatly appreciated any advice on setups.

Hey Noel,

Welcome to the forum. Good to have more Victorians around, we are slowly becoming the Shrimp capital of Australia, very slowly but getting there (look out NSW).

Be sure to post lots of pics of your tanks.

Be sure to ask lots of questions along the way too as there is plenty of experienced keepers online who are happy to share their experiences.

Great to know more of us regionals are keeping shrimp.

The more you post, the more the site opens up for you.
