Thanks for sharing the pics....great to see selective breeding.

Is your golden cherry, based on a yellow or sunkist base ? Ive been toying with a golden line, but have not challenged it on different WP at this stage .... My base was on choc cherries, and have recently added a golden yellow, and a light sinkist to the breeding stock to see what develops. Over the next few months, once I've got a small colony, I'll put them at a higher PH, perhaps 7 (now at 6), to see whether I continue with the project or ditch it !

BB - My Goldens are based on Red Cherries.

Currently breed 100 per cent true.

the Royal Reds started from Chocs. They are at 80 percent true. They occassionally throw chocs and blacks ..

Cool, great that we're getting varying colours off different colour variants. This is one of my goldens...

I love the reds off the choc.
