Nice to meet you all and thank you for the warm welcome' date=' much appreciated ; ) I have many L-numbers, here is what I have.... L001 gold spot, L002 tiger, L015 candy stripe, L031 peppermint, L032 common, L066 king tiger, L080 dwarf tiger, L104 clown, L144 albino, blue eyes, common & marble, L168 butterfly, L201 orinoco angel, L270 chocolate zebra, L333 gold line tiger, L387 peckoltia sp. , L397 panaque & an L260 queen arabesque on 'layby' - just a few : ))) I will try to post some pics shortly. I have kept cherry shrimp in the past, until they kept going missing, we soon discovered that they were being eaten by my very greedy and rather large Ryukin Goldfish. So the plan is to get a Nano or 2ft Aquarium within the next few months for different types of shrimp (minus the Goldfish).[/quote']

You have some beautiful fish in there, but no L134s? Love the 260s, just stunning and have bred the 270s and a number of others. Did find shrimp

make great food for some of those, my L397s used to rip through a lot of my shrimps but they also bred quite well also. Almost felt sorry for the

cherries they destroyed but great to see lots of healthy baby L397s as well, they're very cute when young.

Thanks squiggle, Neo-shrimp & KiwiBigD! My hubby is a big fan of the L134's. We are currently cycling a 5x2x2 for our L-numbers and Goldfish, as soon as it's ready we'll be adding more and the L134 is on the top of his list. If I was to share some pics of my L-numbers, can I add them here or should I use a different thread? Thanks in advance : )

You can certainly do it here, you started the thread so you can put whatever you like in it :victorious: I have to say I love the L046, such a stunning contrast & such a beautiful little pleco :encouragement:

Yes Squiggle but its nice to see someone's collection that you " know". Some sites get too technical and presume some knowledge. I spoke to a breeder/seller a few weeks ago and it's a whole new language a bit like when you first come to shrimp , needless to say I hung up as quickly as I nicely could!

Don't worry ineke, I'm pretty new to keeping L-numbers, their numbers confuse me, I much rather use their common names. And yes, they are just as addictive as shrimp, I just came across L-numbers first, so my shrimp addiction has been put on hold (for now). ;)

Thanks, Squiggle! A lot of the tigers like to hide, so it's difficult to catch them with my camera, but the tank shot gives you a bit of an idea of what I have. What do you keep and do you have any pics?
