CBS White

So i have a cbs in one of my tanks that was a real strong white and black with half black legs but over the last week her white has turned almost clear and i can even see her saddled eggs. any reason for this?

What are your water parameters?

How long have you had this shrimp? have you changes anything in the tank recently?

Definitely sounds like a water parameter issue, other than the normal water tests do you know your kh, gh and tds. do you add any minerals?

Hey guys. All parameters are the same as they have always been 170 Tds, 1kh, 5-6 gh, 0 ammonia nitrates and nitrites. Temp 25. Ph 6.6 ish 

 

use rain water with 13 Tds and bring it up with salty bee. Also recently started using boss booster. Baby powder. Mineral and mironection 

10% water change once a fortnight

The picture isn't very clear ... but is there a gap between it's head and tail ... like a moulting issue?

What you are feeding them?

Might need more protein foods like blood worms.

I feed them shrimp crack. Shrimp snow and shrimp cuisine

How is this shrimp going?

If you haven't done much can I suggest you try lower you tds to under 150 and lower your temp to about 23 or 24.

Hey she came back pretty good haha and now she is berried. I did do a water change which lowered my ph a little bit.
