Shrimp changes color and dies

Hello guys Im new here,

I have 6 blue shrimp in my aquarium I dont know their exact species

today I lost 2 of them, before they died one of them changed color to orange and pink and the other baby one had a yellow color between his tail and the head

What could be the problem is this some kind of bacterial disease or something like that

There are neon tetras , galaxy rasboras and a sewellia lineolata

Aquarium 100lt,temperature  24C,weekly %20-25 water change

Plants Anubias ,Rottala,Moss(I dont know the what specie is it) and leman minor

Not necessarily bacteria but we have to rule out incorrect water parameters first. That is usually the main cause of deaths.

Can you test pH, GH, KH, Ammonia, Nitrate, and TDS?

Sorry i cant but im pretty sure that ammonia and nitrate levels are low because i have duckweeds(lemna minor) in my tank

Duckweed doesn't mean you have low levels of ammonia or nitrate. Fish stress shrimp out, too.
