my first shrimp tank as been active some 2 months, plant growth is excellent and my shrimp have bred, no losses to my original stock, problem is iv'e started to get a lot of very small and i mean dot size guest's on the glass, they are deffinatly  not young shrimp, iv'e seen these things inside a disgarded moulted shrimp shell in a video but that chap was also asking the same question,

The tiny creatures seen inside of shrimp molts are invisible to the human eye. They are that miniscule in size. Might be able to be seen with macro attachments for cameras/phones or under a microscope though.

The ones found on glass... that could be several different things. Cyclops are pretty common though.

The biggest issues are planaria (not to confuse them with rhabdocoela flatworms - harmless), hydra, potentially seed shrimp and any dragonfly or damselfly nymphs.
