When you get to the bottom, select the add image option You will be shown your media library. From here, select the appropriate image for this application from one of the listed categories You can select multiple images if required. This is why we need you have had an image either in your thread as an attachment or in the gallery. Externally hosted images won't appear in this window. Once done click on finished and complete the form submission. Your form will go into a moderation queue where it will be assessed and approved if ok.
