New User Registration made simplier

The new user registration process is being looked at now. I've disabled the need to have a mobile number supplied as it doesn't serve any purpose beyond registration and too easy to get around. Instead, all posts by new users will go into a moderation queue before being released. This will ensure we clean out any SPAM first.

Secondly, I've added more responses to the registration question around what shrimp is black and white as there are more valid responses than the 3 that were recorded. :p

And lastly, I am considering Facebook integration (haven't decided) so people can 1-click register using their Facebook credentials. This still needs further investigation.

Will this affect reseting passwords when forgotten as that was a major pain in the butt lol. putting in correct answers that were apparentlly wrong :)

Yes, hopefully that's fixed with this. Let me know if it isn't.
