Male or Female or to young to tell?

I found this guy today while mucking about in one of my tanks and cant decide if its a juvi female or an amazingly coloured male.

Wow, lookalike an amazing colours male (2nd pic)...when I saw the 1st pic, I said female though .... LOL

Do you have a awesome female for him (?)

Believe it or not both pictures are of the same shrimp.

There should be some suitable females in the tank for him, girls like these

Would you say he is well on the way to being a fire red? I know his legs aren't solid red but they are getting close.
