baby apple snails

I hatched them in a shrimp tank for my daughter. Her goldfish ate the previous cluster.

Is there any tricks or advice with breeding/hatching golden snails? I've had some lay eggs out the back in a pond but I think the heat fries the eggs before most can hatch

I found this websitehas good snail care info.

I put the egg cluster onto a bit of polystyrene, with wooden toothpicks.

The toothpicks held moisture so the eggs didn't dry out. I let the raft float near the bubbles from the sponge filter, so the air was constantly moist.

Some weeks later, lots of baby snails. :happydance:
