Points for positive sales experiences

Hi I am just wondering if there is a way to give points for when you purchase something from someone, kinda like how ebay does. I have had some fantastic experiences with purchasing stuff from members. I think that rep points may be what I am thinking about but I am having problems finding info on how to add points to peoples reputation.

If someone could tell me how to do this I would greatly appreciate it.

On this point ... see the bottom of every person's post ... there is an icon that looks like a Sheriff's badge - That's how you add to a person's rep.

Right next to "Blog this Post" and Report Post.
