Looks like the starting of a moult? Or a patchy moult?

never seen cherry shrimp like that before it like crack on the body. i did checked the GH is 5 KH is 2

My tank water gave me pH 6.2 GH 8 KH 2 and few cherry shrimp looked something similar to yours, although few cherries gradually died every day or two.

I really dunno what it means..

Does look like a moulting process.....with the WP changes in your tank, you may see some premature moulting etc.... If it concerns you, slow down the WC's.

i agree shes doesnt look well. will slow down my water changes, actually i only do adding abit water everyday as the fan evaporate the water. hopefully will be allright. but i think distilled water is slow down the TDS wondering if i should go back to normal tap water at the moment? i notice theres other cherry start showing crack and look like showing white line along the body.
