CRS death using RO water?

i just grab some RO water from my parents house. and do water changes about 10% after a day 2 CRS was death and another 1 death as well today

i do treat the water with water conditioner too. others shrimp are okay just CRS keep dying?

Is it a RODI unit that your parents have? You should check the water parameters before adding it...Usually RO for drinking has high PH

i think its for drinking. thats why last time asking on forum why it doesnt lower the Ph? and not get answer. btw the ph about same with my tap water though which is 7.2

Did you test the TDS ?

A drinking RO unit usually has an alkalizer stage on it to buff the PH up to be safe for drinking. :encouragement:

no i didnt test TDS dont have the TDS yet at the moment waiting for it to come :(

problem might lay in the water then as your adding it without knowing exactly what it is :)
