Sick neon tetra

I just noticed that one of my neon tetras appears to be sick. :dejection:

He looks all "washed out" and skinny. The fins are torn. The whole fish looks wrong :(

All other neons and the male endlers I've got in the tank look normal.

Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong with my fish? Some sort of bacterial infection maybe?

I have put some new alder cones in the tank as this might help if it is caused by bacteria....

What else could I do?

Maybe some aquarium salt, sounds like he's a weaker fish being separated from the school to keep the rest strong, sometimes fish just do that, I've seen it happen a lot. :dejection:
