MELBOURNE SHRIMP n SCAPE SHOW Still yet to mature, the shrimp hobby has become quite popular in Australia in the past few years.

With so many beautiful shrimps, there is no one to blame for our shrimp addiction but us! David Mai from Melbourne Shrimp n Scape (you can find MSS on FB) had a dream and that dream is to create a world where Shrimps n Scapes go hand in hand and to bring this incredible addiction to a complete new level for both the novice and professionals to enjoy, for years and years to come.

As we say here at Subscape – BABY STEPS……. And so his dream has begun…

The very first Shrimp n Scape show will be held at Subscape Aquarium on the 27th of October.

We can’t tell you how excited we are to be apart of this amazing adventure.

The day will be filled with competitions, prizes, talks, charity draw prize (all proceeds going to Make a wish foundation), rare shrimp displays, aquascape demonstration, auctions and heaps more exciting activities.

So come along and join in the fun and excitement and help encourage this great hobby to grow and mature!

All Shrimps will be supplied by our very generous sponsor Dean from “The Shrimpkeepers Forum†so leave your shrimps at home this time and lets hope they don’t get into to much mischief while your gone ;)

Dean will also be joining us on the day. You will be impressed by his humble nature and his wealth of knowledge regarding all things shrimp…trust me this guy knows what his talking about! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU AT THE SHRIMP n SCAPE SHOW!!!

I can reveal that there will be a raffle prize kindly put up by Subscape Aquarium and ofcourse the resident boss Mr Dean!!

It includes a 2 foot braceless tank with a cabinet and will be completely kitted out by the boss with benibachi gear!! From substrate to minerals and foods!!

Tickets will be for sale at Subscape aquarium and again all the funds raised from this will be donated to the make a wish foundation!

Really sad that i cant win the prize but hella excited about the show =D
