Copepods safe in tank?

So all of a sudden I have these white things racing all over my tank, there jumpy and skittery and you can't see them unless you stop and look very closely. There tiny, and can almost make out a tiny tail like a copepod. They don't look like anything else I've googled.

I don't have fish in the tank. Just shrimp.

Are they ok or can I remove them?

Why have they all suddenly appeared?

I'd rather get rid of them if I can....but how?

100% safe, enjoy them :p If you really don't like them buy an endler, problem solved in a week guaranteed.

Do endlers eat baby shrimp and also do they eat planaria?

Yes Endlers will eat baby shrimp, don't know about planaria.
