I think it's Hemianthus micranthemoides (Baby Tears). I've got heaps of that. I can send you some if you like :)

I just chucked it in...I drop in some liquid carbon every couple of days and it seems to be doing pretty well actually!!

Once established it will grow like a weed :encouragement: I need to trim it regularly.

It does not need anything special.

If I can grow it anybody can!
