Calcium rich food for your shrimp

@jayc or anyone else know the calcium content of bok choy leaves? I chucked a couple in yesterday and the shrimp seemed to love them, takes a little bit longer to break down but they looked like happy shrimp to me.

@larrymull bok choy has about 158mg of Calcium per 170g.

So it's about 100-110mg per 100g, which is not too bad.

Salvanost,

its always a good idea to feed your shrimp a wide variety of foods.

This list just makes it easier to decide which fresh veg to feed. But also remember, even if a veg is low in calcium, it might be high in some other mineral or nutrient, so don't dismiss any veg.
