Tank divided with flyscreen need advice

I ordered some SS mesh from a UK company who have their own website plus are on fleabay. They sell it in A4 and A3 sizes and different gauges. The line I got was #40 Stainless Steel Woven which is very fine and will keep the smallest of shrimpletes in place.

I have been using that exact mesh and am finding shrimp getting through.

Hence trying out #80 now.

Sam I dunno what number 40 you are using as we discussed when you were over but I use number #30 as filter guards with no issues so number 40 should be fool proof...

The #40 from the uk mesh company.

Doubt they would be climbing as its a few cm up the glass and over.

Maybe some are getting into yours but not surviving.?

Are you sure it is #40 you have? The stuff I have is very fine and shrimp would have to be microscopic to get through it. I have it covering the outlets in my rack system.
