Make the Betta Better!

Hey guys, my girlfriends betta has gone and knocked himself I think. :confused:

I chucked him a few cull shrimp a while back and it seems he was chasing them and eating them but after a while I found most of them unharmed.

In all the chasing though I think the betta has managed to knock himself on the driftwood.

He is in a little ~25L tank at 25C. Has been running for ages now although so the parameters should be fine. I probably should check them but uni exams have taken precedence.

Anyway here is a pic:

It started as a small knock about 1/2 way between mouth and start of dorsal but has progressed to what you see now.

I figured since a bunch of you keep/have kept bettas someone may know.

They are fighting fish so a little knock should be a mosquito bite to them...what signs of distress?

He could be beginning to show marbling.

no real signs of distress. maybe a little lazier but seems to be eating...

GF is just worried about him

should be fine if he is eating normal...maybe chuck in an AIL if you are worried
