I was considering it as I have one like that in my tank, I was going to mention it the other day but I forgot to get a pic & when I remembered I couldn't find the little fella :encouragement: I'll see if I can get one tomorrow :victorious:

Please do....I'll donate a opposite sex to you, so that we've got a better % to securing the patten.

Great to see a few members breeding them as I'm curious to see whether we can secure the rilli pattern and get them breeding true ?

No worries mate. You've helped me and many others just with the advice you give, let alone the endlers and bettas.

Plus them snow white rillis look awesome and the only to get them in one of my tanks is if people like you and bb can get them breeding true.

Cheers mick

My one came from Caridina Cantonensis, so they are actually a Crystal Bee i.e. CRS, CBS, GB, SW :victorious:

Wow quite interesting... So the rilli mutation isn't specific to neocardinia heteropoda. Has anyone seen this mutation in another type of crystal, ie CRS rilli or a maby a TB rilli? Just think a BB rilli.. I'm not picky but Ill just take a pinto rilli lol....

unless these shrimps were born with this trait I'd say they are just loss of colour from old age?
