love the wood but would like to ask whether the tank is cycled or not ?

what's the substrate?

jbl substrate and river sand. no, the tank is not cycled. will be a while before i put shrimps in it. want to get the plants growing first. i have recently started planted tanks and shrimp keeping. any inputs welcome.getting the lights and co2 kit this week.

shrimp keeping in mumbai is in its infancy. not many shops selling shrimps. but i am sure it will grow in the coming years. managed to find 2 good shops in Mumbai willing to import and supply good quality shrimps.more photos of my tank coming soon.
