OK saw what it does. If you only have small tanks do you need to break it up? I have a 60 litre and 28 litre

Apparently it absorb all the bad stuff like ammonia, nitrous acid, heavy metal and magnesium from the tap water. Also stabilize water's PH.

You can use the whole plate for smaller size tank.

Thanks for that it seems like a pretty good product. Does it say how often it needs to be replaced? Do you need it if you use RO water?

I have it in ALL my tanks on start up....recalled watching an international shrimp comp, and every single tank had them.....yes, a benibachi sponsored comp, BUT nevertheless, a product trusted by many international breeders .... I like it because of the benibacho stamp on it ... LOL.
